Today marks the end of my summer and the beginning of my getting fit
boot camp. My daughter started kindergarten today and I started getting
my butt back in tip top shape. We have been on vacation after vacation
this summer, and trust me it shows in how tight my jeans have been
lately. I started my day as always with a cup of coffee and the usual
getting ready for school, back to the old routine. I opened up a brand
new bottle of green stinger, took two, and prepared myself for a
serious sweat session. Green Stinger is a great product because it gives me a good energy boost, and when I take it I feel motivated to give my all to a workout. It doesn't make me feel jittery or nauseous. It also lasts a good while and doesn't make you crash. I think it helps curb my cravings too. I love working out in the gym and doing all
kinds of strength training. What I do not love, however, is cardio. My
goal is to learn to love cardio. The good thing is I have a partner to
help motivate me to run everyday. Her name is Stella and she is a very
athletic and hyper Vizsla. I leashed her up and ran two miles then hit
the gym. I did a total body workout. Circuits of arms with dumbbells and triceps pull downs, floor ab work with push ups and planks, lunges and squats, and then did 15 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the elliptical. I will be sore tomorrow! My goal is to lose five pounds but get really toned. My fiance and I are planning on running trails at the many state parks nearby while our daughter is in school. I will not make exscuses and I will say no to my fiances decadent butter and cream sauces.
