Hello Ephedra Warehouse customers! Welcome to our new blog :) Throughout the week, I will write about our products, health, fitness and review supplements myself as we get new ones in.  This is an excellent opportunity for me to share my weight loss and fitness journey with you guys.

I eat well (yet have a five-year-old and clean up her plate when she doesn't finish), but I go through phases of having the willpower to find time to work out and not working out. Right now, I am doing cardio in the AM ( running with the dog, or elliptical, bike, treadmill at the gym) and strength training at night.  I do take our products.  I have tried basically everything we sell, and I can honestly say I have reaped the benefits.

However, my waistline's biggest threat is my love for sugary cocktails, wine, and beer. My fiance is an AMAZING cook, and his meals are not always low in fat and calories, so I have to work out and cut back on my calorie intake for breakfast and lunch. I refuse to sit back and watch him eat lavish delicious dinners without me. So, last night I heard some great advice, albeit randomly, on Chelsea Lately for a more low-cal cocktail. Go for Vodka and soda with a splash of whatever mixer you like. For me, it’s lime juice or cranberry juice. For the record, I am not promoting drinking: I am promoting health!

This is it for now. I will be posting my favorite workouts, delicious healthy meals I like, reviews on weight loss supplements, protein supplements, exercise equipment, and much more.
