If you are serious about loosing weight I hope you keep a food log.
If you don't, you should start now! I do and it keeps me in check of
what I consume. If you make it a habit to log everything you eat and
drink, you will think twice about giving into cravings. There are
countless apps for the iphone, ipod touch, or ipad for logging your
food intake and calories, logging your exercise, and weight loss goals.

Green Stinger is fantastic! I have been taking it for one week now
and I love the way it makes me feel. I have more energy, don't feel the
need to snack all the time, and it motivates me to get my butt in the
gym. I am pretty confident that Green Stinger will help me achieve my
weight loss and fitness goals. I am building my endurance up to run a
10k race here in October, and I would like to loose 5-10 pounds. I try
to run 4-5 days a week and go to the gym at least 3 days a week.
