	I Found Red Volt Quite Helpful
	I like Red Volt because it does help supress appetite and gives me a bit of an energy kick, but not enough to make my heart beat to fast or any of the other nasty side-effects some of the "fat burners" do. It has helped me lose 20 lbs over the past few months by helping me get full quicker and giving me engery to last longer while exercising, but it probably isn't for the hardcore people out there. But for those who want a bit of help, while minimizing the side effects, this might help you.

	Good bang for the buck.
